Bookings are made on a first paid basis.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.
Bookings can not be made on-line for the current day
Cancellation of bookings can not be made on-line
Re-scheduling of bookings cannot be made on-line
Bookings require 24 hours notice for cancellation
Cancellation refunds will be by voucher credits
Re-scheduling does not incur a fee if 24 hours notice is given
No refund is given for failure to attend appointment
Late arrivals will have shortened treatments, unless prior arrangement has been made.
